This Edwardian grade 2 listed home was thoroughly renovated over a year and a half. We had the task of updating the majority of the existing wiring and bringing some modern home technology to this amazing historic house.

Lighting

• The entire lighting system needed updating from a legacy LEAX lighting install. We upgraded to Lutron intelligent lighting throughout.
• Extensive array of external lighting; from decorative lights by Collingwood & Hunza, to large floodlights for security
• Feature lighting in areas of the home; we installed a variety of fitting to highlight beautiful sections of this home, including LED strip, pin lighting & up lights
• Fibre optic pool lighting installed in the pool, controlled via a combination of DMX and Loxone, to be able to use the full colour and display features on DMX fibre optics. This has allowed the client to change the colour and movement of the lights within the pool, creating scenes for different occasions.

CCTV & Security

• We have installed 360 degrees of CCTV coverage for the home, with remote monitoring and alarm triggering.
• A 2 way video intercom link for electric gate controls, to monitor who is coming in and out of the home.
• A full intruder alarm system with direct link to a remote monitoring centre, with complete coverage using motion detection, shock detection monitoring all entrances.

Network & Wifi

• This property was a challenge to minimise dead spots in WIFI, but we managed to overcome it using an extensive Ubiquiti system, utilising both hardwired network points & mesh WIFI equipment.
• A full re construction of the network cabinet and data rack ensured we could secure this site from any unwanted traffic and are now able to monitor the usage and ensure all of the connected equipment works correctly.

Other Works

• We continue to complete work at this property with upgrades and further electrical work.
• Currently, we are focusing on converting the property to a more renewable energy source.
